Apartment on the Costa del Sol
After many years of deliberation and planning, the time finally came when we decided to buy an apartment on the Costa del Sol. There were many Danish and foreign estate agents online and it was difficult to find out who to use and trust.
We got a recommendation from an employee at a large financial institution in Denmark for Dahls Estate, a company they had good experiences with.
We basically found the apartments that we thought suited us by using their website, which is easy to understand and easy to use. In collaboration with Lene Dahl, we made a plan for viewings of the apartments that were interesting to us.
We went to Spain during our summer holidays and spent 3 days with Lene Dahl, where she did a fantastic job of planning viewings. It was an exciting but long few days, but fortunately we ended up finding the apartment we chose to buy.
The buying process has been very good and professional. We have always received more help than we could have expected from Lene Dahl. She has always had a good dialogue with our lawyer, who at times was very challenged by the seller’s advisor.

Housing after corona
When we had a burning desire for a home on the Sunshine Coast, and despite lockdown, restrictions and other limitations due to corona, it finally came true in July, we had Dahls Estate by our side all the way. Selling an apartment
Thank you to Dahls Estate for selling our paradise in El Presidente on the Costa del Sol.
Of course, it took some time because of the Covid19 thing. We found a buyer in Denmark, who in July 2021 fell for the apartment after many months of waiting to come down and view the glories ❤️
Lene and Brian have been with us all the way. Highly professional estate agents who are trained in DK and know exactly how to sell correctly. They both have their hearts in it and do everything it takes and more to make a good sale and a good purchase for the buyers.

Holiday home in Marbella
My family has been coming to the Marbella area for the past 10 years, so when we decided to buy our own holiday home we were already well prepared, but there is a lot to choose from and things work differently than in the Nordics so
We really appreciated having a local real estate team who are Danish and know what we Vikings want when we are in sunny Spain. We got many good suggestions that we could choose from and good sparring. Due to the Corona situation, we could not easily go down and go to many viewings, but it was solved via online viewing.
We also received good support and advice during the transaction.
After the deal, there are many practical things such as setting up a bank account and ongoing payment of operating costs etc. that we have also received help with.
